2. Counter-Notification Process

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, EV Vehicle Hub will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once and/or has had infringing material removed from the Site multiple times.
